THE BALTIC COAST AND MASURIAN LAKE DISTRICT

Itinerary of the escorted tour.

Day 1 Arrival to Szczecin. Time at leisure. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 2 Breakfast. City sightseeing tour. Travel to Gdańsk. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 3 Breakfast. Whole day sightseeing tour of Gdańsk - Old Town. In the afternoom a boat trip
around the port of Gdańsk for Westerplatte Peninsula. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 4 Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Gdynia and Sopot ( Oceanographic Museum and Aquarium in
Gdynia, the longest wooden pier on the Baltic Sea in Sopot, the Oliwa Cathedral . Dinner
and overnight in hotel.

Day 5 Breakfast. Excursion to the Kaszubian Lake District. Sightseeing tour: the Gothic abbey
complex of the Cartusians, Wdzydze Kiszewskie -Skansen Museum. In the afternoon
traditional Kaszubian Dinner with folklore performance. Overnight in hotel.

Day 6 Breakfast. Departure for Malbork - visiting one of the biggest fortresses in Europe - the
Teutonic Knights' Order. Further travel to Frombork - visiting of Copernicus House. Travel
to Olsztyn - sightseeing tour of Old Town. Travel to Mikołajki - popular holiday resort.
Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 7 Breakfast. Excursion to Święta Lipka - sightseeing tour and a short organ concert. Travel to
Gierłoza- sightseeing of Hitler's war-time headquarters. Return journey to Mikołajki. Dinner
and overnight in hotel.

Day 8 Breakfast. Cruise by pleasure boat througout the Masurian Lakes. Time at leisure in the
afternoon. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 9 Breakfast. Travel via Ostróda town to Toruń - city on the Vistula river, when the famous
Polish astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus was born. Sightseeing of Old Town. Departure for
Gniezno - the first capital of Poland. Sightseeing tour of the town with the exceptional
Cathedral erected in the 10th century. Travel to Poznań - city sightseeing tour. Dinner and
overnight in hotel.

Day 10 Breakfast. End of the tour.
